Unsolved Crimes

Have you called the police to report a crime and had them say, “We can’t do anything about it.” What the police were really saying is, “We don’t care about your problem, and we’re not going to do anything about it.” This “do-nothing” attitude by police enables thugs and criminals to continue their lawless ways.  This is especially true in crimes involving:

  • Stalking
  • Harassment
  • Criminal Trespass
  • Domestic Violence
  • Malicious Mischief

If you’ve been victimized and the police refuse to take action, we can help. We’ll investigate your case and take lawful action. In cases involving Stalking, Harassment, Domestic Violence, Criminal Trespass, or Malicious Mischief we’ll attempt to apprehend and detain the offender for the police or report our findings to your attorney.  Based upon the your attorney’s assessment of our investigation, they may insist the prosecuting attorney file criminal charges, acquire protection orders on your behalf, seek arrest warrants, or initiate a civil lawsuit against your offender.

Please make no mistake, privately investigating and prosecuting criminal conduct is difficult at best. Your offender may never be arrested or incarcerated for their crimes.  However, we will work diligently with police and your attorney to pursue every legal means under Washington State law to safeguard you and insure this offender never troubles you again.

If you have a problem, and you’re not sure what to do, give us a call. We can help you.
