The two most common forms of evidence in domestic cases are “Inclination and Opportunity”. An example of “Inclination” is two people holding hands, kissing, or showing other forms of affection towards one another. An example of “Opportunity” is two people entering a hotel or residence together.

We’ll discover the truth by acquiring evidence of Inclination and Opportunity. Evidence is the currency of our justice system. Even in “no-fault” divorce states like Washington, evidence of infidelity can be a powerful bargaining tool in settlement negotiations. Photographs and witness declarations are just two examples of the evidence we can acquire on your behalf.

When presented with evidence of infidelity or adultery, both men and women are far more likely to agree on a fair and equitable division of property and assets than suffer the humiliation of a public trial.

Potential clients should know that surveillance is required for infidelity and adultery cases. Surveillance is time consuming, expensive, and rarely results in good news for clients.
